The Skip pavilion is used for various events, conferences, exhibitions and workshops. The pavilion takes its name from the carts that transport ore up the inclined freight elevator to the blast furnace.
Originally located near the Raemerich traffic circle in Esch-sur-Alzette, the Skip was moved to the Terrasse des Hauts Fourneaux.
Since March 1st, 2020, Luxembourg has become the first country in the world to offer free public transportation, making it easier and more affordable for locals and tourists alike to travel across the country.
Should you come by car, we advise you to park at the CFL Park & Ride. It is 5 minutes walking distance to the SKIP.
