About the event

Luxinnovation is pleased to invite you to the Proposal writing workshop – Advanced edition, an in-person, hands-on training delivered by the EU Funding team.

This advanced workshop is designed for applicants who want to turn solid drafts into competitive Horizon Europe proposals and who may already have attended the Proposal writing workshop – Beginners’ edition this year or have equivalent experience.

What will you do in this workshop?

This session goes beyond the basics to help you strengthen the impact logic and the implementation of your proposal and write with the evaluators in mind.

Through practical exercises, peer exchange, and targeted guidance, you will refine your impact narrative, align KPIs and pathways, and develop your implementation work plan, including considerations for both lump‑sum and actual‑cost funding models, while strengthening your exploitation, dissemination, and communication strategies and avoiding common pitfalls.

What will you gain from this event?
  • A clear grasp of Horizon Europe’s impact logic;
  • Practical guidance on planning for uptake and linking KPIs to realistic pathways;
  • Essential insight into the use of lump‑sum vs. actual‑cost models and how to translate this into a coherent implementation plan.

Who is this workshop for?

Restricted to prospective applicants from Luxembourg-based entities, especially:
  • Researchers
  • Innovators in SMEs/start-ups and larger companies
  • Grant officers/research support staff
Recommended prerequisite: Participants in the Beginners’ edition or applicants with comparable Horizon Europe experience.

Seats are limited, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Secure your spot by registering now.

The workshop will be conducted in English and held onsite only.
