Call for expression of interest: Showcase your Horizon Europe project at the Horizon Europe Day

The Luxembourg Horizon Europe National Contact Points (NCPs) at Luxinnovation invite organisations to submit an expression of interest to present their Horizon Europe or Digital Europe Programme (DEP) project at the Horizon Europe Day 2026 on the 18 November at Halle des poches à fonte, Belval, Luxembourg. This flagship event unites Luxembourg's research and innovation community.

We will select six projects to showcase concrete results, inspire future applicants and foster cross-sector exchange in Luxembourg.

Who
can apply


Any organisation based in Luxembourg can apply, including companies, start-ups, SMEs, research and technology organisations (RTOs) and universities. 
You must be a beneficiary of a Horizon Europe or Digital Europe project, ongoing or completed, and able to show clear impact or lessons learned.

Selection
criteria


We evaluate applications mainly on the clarity and strength of the project impact, with demonstrated benefits for Luxembourg. 

We also consider:

• Maturity of results: availability of tangible results, outcomes or early impact

• Diversity: sectoral (industry, academia, RTOs), thematic (clusters, instruments)


How it works

1. Submit your application using the form below by the submission deadline, 24 July 2026.

2. Receive your selection result by the notification date, 14 August 2026.

3. If selected, send your presentation by 30 October.

4. Presentation during the event on 18 November 2026


Projects that are not selected to present are welcome to bring a roll-up banner for the networking session.
